Pricing and Subscriptions

• How much does the Little Jukey subscription cost? Little Jukey offers three subscription plans to fit your budget and playtime needs. Here's the scoop:
• Annual Subscription (£264 i.e. £22/month): This annual subscription is the tusk of the town! It's like buying a whole year pass to playtime fun, delivered right to your door 6 times a year. The plan will be auto-renewed at the end of the billing year unless it’s cancelled. Delivery and returns are free with this plan.
• Half-Year Subscription (£141 i.e. £23.5/month): This ‘half-year’ plan offers a tuskingly terrific way to keep your child entertained for six months. It gives you the flexibility to cancel or renew your subscription every 6 months. The plan will be auto-renewed after 6 months unless it’s cancelled. Delivery and returns are free with this plan.
• Bi-Monthly Subscription (£50 i.e. £25/month): Our Bi-Monthly plan is the perfect way to keep your little one entertained with the option to cancel every two months! The plan is as flexible as Little Jukey’s trunk! This plan will be auto-renewed at the end of the billing month unless it’s cancelled. Delivery and returns are free with this plan.
• How often are the deliveries? You will receive one box of toys for the next two months, regardless of the rental length. The box will be shipped the very next business day after you start the subscription or when the next box is due. If you subscribe to the annual or half-yearly plans, we may try to optimise our deliveries by sending multiple boxes together - but we will inform you about this if we do.
• Can I cancel the fun? All the subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the subscription period.
• Will my subscription auto-renew? Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you cancel it.

Little Jukey Toy Kits

• What's inside the Treasure Trunk? Each Little Jukey kit is a trunk-full of fun, overflowing with exciting developmental toys! Each box will have 5-8 toys designed to keep your little one engaged for 2 months.
• What are the toys made of? We care about our planet and your child's safety. Most of our toys are crafted from ethically sourced wood, with some baby products made from soft fabrics and child-friendly silicone. Our ultimate goal is to become a net zero toy company! Think of it as saving the planet, one toy at a time.
• What age are the toys for? Our toy kits are designed to spark joy and learning in curious minds from 0 to 3 years old. It's the perfect playtime companion for your little one's ever-growing adventures!
• How do these toys aid the child's development? At Little Jukey, we understand the importance of play in early childhood development. For the past two years, we've been collaborating with child development experts and psychologists to ensure our toys holistically address a child's growth across various areas:

• Gross Motor Skills: Our toys encourage active play that helps develop strength, coordination, and balance.
• Fine Motor Skills: Activities with our toys promote dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and manipulation skills.
• Cognitive Skills: We incorporate problem-solving, creative thinking, and memory challenges into our toys.
• Communication Skills: Engaging play with our toys promotes social interaction and language skills.
• Personal-Emotional Development: Our toys encourage self-expression, emotional regulation, and social interaction.

• Where are the toys from? For our initial launch, we've partnered with trustworthy external suppliers specialising in wooden developmental toys. However, our commitment extends beyond just providing fun and educational toys. We are actively working to become a net-zero toy company. This means we'll soon be building our own sustainable and innovative developmental toys, minimising our environmental footprint.

Rental Process

• How does this whole delivery and return process work? Once you subscribe, you'll receive your first box of toys for the next two months (regardless of your chosen plan). Unwrap the fun, let your child explore, and after 2 months, send the box back to us using the handy return instructions we'll email you.
• Can I keep a toy longer? Currently this is not an option, but as we scale, we plan to introduce this option.
• What if I delay returning the box: If there are delays in sending your returns, please reach out to us. In case we are unable to reach you and don’t receive the box back, we will assume that you would like to keep the box and will charge you £70 per box.

Product Care

• How are the toys cleaned? The safety and well-being of children are our top priorities. Here's a peek into how we clean our toys:

• Step 1: Receiving & Inspection: We thoroughly check for missing or broken parts upon receiving returned toys.
• Step 2: Safety Check: Each toy undergoes a meticulous safety inspection to ensure proper functioning and working condition.
• Step 3: Gentle Cleaning: We use baby-friendly cleaning solutions – natural, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic – to clean and sanitise the toys.
• Step 4: Repackaging: Once cleaned and inspected, the toys are re-packaged and prepared for their next play adventure!

• How tough are these toys? We build our toys to withstand even Little Jukey’s stomps! Minor wear and tear is to be expected, but these playthings are built to last.
• What happens if something breaks or gets lost? Oops! Accidents happen, even during playtime. If a toy meets its unfortunate end or gets lost in the jungle (we mean, under the couch!), we might need a small replacement fee to cover the cost. Think of it as a health check and vaccinations for a pup in Little Jukey’s village!

• Who is Little Jukey? Little Jukey isn't just a brand; he's our mascot! Little Jukey is an adorable anthropomorphic male toddler elephant. We're creating a world of fun stories and books around Little Jukey and his adventures with his family and friends. So, while you're building memories with our toys, children can also connect with Little Jukey and embark on imaginative journeys alongside him!
