Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Customer Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Little Jukey's services, including our personalised toy kit subscriptions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Subscription Plans
  • Little Jukey offers three subscription plans: Annual, Semi-Annual, and Monthly.
  • Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end og the monthly billing cycle. Annual and semi-annual plans end at the end of the chosen period.
  1. Toy Kits
  • Each kit includes 3 sacks of toys, designed for 2-month periods.
  • You can explore sacks out of order if your child enjoys them.
  • Our toys are primarily made from sustainable materials like rubber wood and recycled cotton.
  1. Delivery and Returns
  • We will ship your box the next business day after you subscribe or when the next box is due.
  • You must return the previous box within 7 days of receiving the next. Late fees may apply.
  • You can request to keep a box longer by contacting our customer support at hello@littlejukey.com.
  • If there are delays in sending your returns, please reach out to us. In case we are unable to reach you and don’t receive the box back, we will assume that you would like to keep the box and will charge you £45 per sack i.e. £135 per box.
  1. Product Care
  • Our toys are built to last, but minor wear and tear is expected.
  • Inform us of any major damages or lost toys for possible replacement fees.
  • We clean toys before sending them out. A little extra care from you is appreciated.
  1. Payment
  • Payment is due at the time of subscription and renewal.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards.
  1. Cancellation
  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at the end of the monthly billing cycle.
  • Annual and semi-annual subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the chosen period.
  1. Refunds
  • We may offer refunds in certain circumstances, such as if the product is defective or broken.
  • If you are unhappy with the toy kit, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving it and we’d be happy to resolve your issue.
  1. Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Adult Supervision Required

Little Jukey toys are designed for safe and enjoyable play. However, accidents can occur if young children play unsupervised.

For your child's safety:

  • Never allow your child to play with Little Jukey toys unsupervised.
  • Regularly inspect toys for damage and discard broken or worn parts.

Little Jukey is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during playtime. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure their child's safety while using our products.

By using Little Jukey's services, you acknowledge and agree to this safety disclaimer.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights in Little Jukey's services and products belong to Little Jukey.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
